Four Bedroom Retreat with 4 person HOT TUB, close to town! Free unlimited WIFI! Holidaying in Wanaka has just become more peaceful. Somewhere you can relax from a long day up the mountain or a big day on the lake just moments away! With an emphasis on comfort, simplistic style and quality fittings, enjoy enchanting mountain vistas and bathe in all day sunshine.

Annandale Lodge has a beautiful open plan kitchen with all modern appliances. The property is equipped with its own, purpose built, drying room and ski/snowboard rack. In the lounge you'll find a beautiful, locally crafted feature gas fireplace along with aircon/heat pump. Polished solid wooden floors set the scene throughout the dining/kitchen/living areas and the bathrooms both have under-floor heating. All bedrooms are kept cosy with built-in heaters. There is a full laundry including tumble dryer.

Annandale Lodge features two identical master bedrooms with a full, spacious, shared bathroom. There are also two bunk rooms boasting spacious, solid, built in bunks with a Queen on the bottom and King Single above, comfortably accommodating children of any age, through to teens and adults. This Wanaka holiday home is best suited to 2 families or 4 couples. Sleeps 8, 10 by negotiation.

All beds, including bunks, are fitted with quality, inner sprung 'Sleepyhead' mattresses which are completely encased in hypoallergenic 'bug lock' mattress protectors. In addition, there is another layer of moisture proof mattress protector. This is then covered with snug 100% NZ Wool Mattress Toppers. All our duvet inners are either 100% NZ Wool or quality Feather/Down.

Great stay

We loved Annandale Lodge in Wanaka, great location - good view, walk into town and quiet spot. My 8 and 10 year old boys loved the Spa and Ping Pong table. It was clean, well appointed with 2 separate bedroom wings and bathrooms - and a great size kitchen and living room.

Family holiday

Wanaka turned on great weather for us and the house was a success with fencing, spa and bike track tricks to watch across the road. Easy walk downhill to lakefront. The house was really well equipped - we were very happy with it thanks.

Wonderfully house and great location. Very clean, and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely view from the house. Kids loved the pingpong table!

Spotless and comfortable

Had a great stay in Wanaka at this tidy and comfortable house. Beds, linens and towels were all very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Really liked being able to walk into town and also watch the riders on the jump track across the street. Communication was excellent...I especially appreciated the complete and accurate email with information about how to get in.

High expectations exceeded

Fantastic holiday home. After viewing the property online we had high expectations for our stay and we were not disappointed. When we arrived the place was exactly as advertised AND really warm. We prepared meals at home every day and the kitchen is well appointed and has everything needed. The hot tub was unreal as was the table tennis table. There were 8 of us including a 5 year old and two teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone to find a quiet space when needed. Highly recommend this house to you.

Lovely home thank you

The home was clean and fresh being relatively new. Very easy access to town. Kitchen rubbish bin was full from previous guests but did not matter as house was lovely

The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. An easy walk to Wanaka center. We had issue with two things. 1) the home is on a very busy street. If you are a light sleeper bring your ear plugs. 2). There are tenants in the back parking area directly behind the home. On 2 occasions their talking outside woke us up. A bit of action going on back there. We were never frightened but we enjoy quiet and thought this property would have that given the location outside Wanaka center.

A Great Family Weekend

We had a great time staying at Annandale Lodge. The hosts were accommodating to our needs and their communication was fabulous. Would definately recommend this to anyone looking for central Wanaka accommodation!

Perfect location for holiday adventures

The property is perfectly located for easy access to shops and restaurants, as well as to cycleways around Wanaka lake and Clutha River. I would not hesitate to recommend it to people who enjoy a range of outdoor activities within a short distance from the house. There is a even a jumps park across the road!

Wonderful stay

New spacious house, perfect for a week up the mountain . Even better was the organic Thai takeaway right next door! Super comfortable beds , our primary school aged kids loved it.
