"We had high hopes for our one night stay. We got in late (After dinner) and tried to turn on the air conditioning with no luck. We reached out to the hosts whom did not reach out until the next morning because it was after hours. Needless to say we were all covered in bug bites the next day. The hosts were notified that an instruction manual is necessary for their property in order for it to be useful. A complete disappointment and waste of time and money. "
