HOME WITH AMAZING LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS

This incredible home boasts breathtaking views and a well-designed layout that ensures comfort, space, and privacy. With two spacious living areas and ample seating options, it offers a relaxing atmosphere. The internal courtyard features a generous outdoor dining table. Residents can enjoy the amenities of the nearby Peninsular Bay Complex, including a pool, spa, and gym, a mere 3-minute walk away. In the winter, the spa and gym remain accessible for your convenience.

The special touch..

While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.

We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.

Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.
Guidelines for an enjoyable stay
• $40 an hour charge if you want a Mid stay cleaning (please let us know).
• Only booked guests are permitted to stay at the house, please inform us if you intend to have visitors during your stay.
• The use of the outdoor entertainment area between 10pm and 7am is not allowed as per the Council policy.
• We love sharing our house with others, but we ask that you please keep it clean and tidy for others by putting rubbish in the bins provided and taking excess away with you.
• All dishes used must be put in the dishwasher and pots and pan must be hand washed.
• Please remember to turn off electric blankets, lights etc when out.
• Guests will be charged an extra $25 per day for a baby - we can supply a porta cot if asked.
