Daniels Delight

This lovely, warm, open plan home, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac has everything you will need to enjoy your break away in Wanaka.

Close to the golf course, Ruby’s cinema, the town center and lake, this is where you want to relax after a day of exploring Wanaka or further afield. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need, and more, to make a delicious meal that can be eaten around the large dining table – perfect for a feast with friends and family.

A wood fire in the living room and a heat pump in the kitchen will keep you toasty warm on cooler evenings. The lounge / living area opens up via large sliding doors to the outdoor deck, allowing the summer breeze to enter on warmer days.

The sun-filled master bedroom, situated off the living area, has a king bed with a roomy walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. There are three more bedrooms to choose from, two with queen beds and another with twin beds, all with wardrobes.

The family bathroom and separate toilet are found central to the bedrooms and there is a laundry with washing machine available for guest use.

There is plenty of space for relaxing inside and out, with a lush private back lawn that has a BBQ and outdoor dining table. The internal dining area seamlessly flows onto the front deck, which, with comfy seating, is perfect for an evening drink and canapes as you take in the stunning, unobstructed mountain views.

While the garage is not available for guest use, the ample driveway has plenty of room for a couple of cars and a boat.

Wanaka township is only a 15–20-minute walk away and most of the local attractions are a quick drive away. Après bar and restaurant is a quick 2-minute walk – and the Stoaker Room is only 5 minutes’ walk from the house.
