Outstanding accommodation in Wanaka, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and amazing facilities onsite.

Apartment is located close to walking tracks which can lead you to the Town Centre and Lake. There are also a number of bike tracks close by.

This upstairs apartment offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated within a complex that boasts a wide range of amenities.

With two pools, two spas, two communal areas, and a tennis court, there's something to cater to the interests of every family member.

Additionally, there is also a downstairs apartment available for rent, featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, adjoining doors, and a single garage.

While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.

We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.

Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.

I respect the privacy of my guests but remain readily available to address any enquiries. Occasionally, I may stop by simply to ensure that everyone is enjoying their stay.
Guidelines for an enjoyable stay
• $55 an hour charge if you want a Mid stay cleaning (please let us know).
• Only booked guests are permitted to stay at the house, please inform us if you intend to have visitors during your stay.
• The use of the outdoor entertainment area between 10pm and 7am is not allowed as per the Council policy.

Lovely Apartment

Great spacious apartment with lake views.Enjoyed the pool, facilities, etc.Really close to mountain bike tracks and easy to store bikes in the locked garage
