Conveniently situated just a scenic 6-minute drive from Wānaka township and a short 250-meter stroll to the lake, this property is perfectly located for a relaxing escape. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, it offers all the comforts of home. The expansive grounds, spanning half an acre, provide privacy and serenity in a highly sought-after neighbourhood in Wānaka. The Space This private oasis is set on a large section adorned with New Zealand native plants. The heart of the home features a sunlit, open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area that showcases panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
In winter, the space remains cozy with underfloor heating and a wood burner, while in summer, it’s designed to take advantage of cooling breezes for your comfort. Each bedroom is equipped with quality mattresses and bedding.

There are two bathrooms plus a separate toilet, and a laundry area with complimentary washer and dryer. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway, and there’s a single garage for storing ski gear and bikes.
* Do note, the atrium is an open area above the lounge, the views across Lake Wanaka are simply superb. * Due to the driveway being steep, it is advised boats and trailers are left at the bottom in the cul-de-sac Guests and should comply with the parking requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. No smoking inside the property. No parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Quiet time after 10 p.m.
