Cosy bungalow "Heike". 400 m from the centre of Wandlitz, 11 km from the centre of Bernau, 30 km from the centre of Berlin, in the residential district, 2 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn, orchard, pond. Patio, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. 100 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking at the house at 10 m. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop "Wandlitz" 850 m, grass beach 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 25 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
1-room bungalow 45 m2. Modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with winter garden with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Dejligt sommerhus for 2 nær Berlin

Vi havde den glæde at tilbringe en uge i Feriehus Heike i Wandlitz i april 2023. Huset er lille, men særdeles hyggeligt, velindrettet og udstyret med alt, hvad man har brug for. Der er plads til 2 (3) personer. Byen Wandlitz har mange spisesteder og flere supermarkeder. Wandlitz og omegn er et naturområde, der byder på mange cykelruter og cykelstier. Vil man til Berlin, er der S-tog fra nabobyen Bernau, S-togstationen Bernau- Friedenstal har gode og billige parkeringsmuligheder. I. og K.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichteter Bungalow mit einem reizenden Garten umgeben. Die Betten sind perfekt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Küche mit der Essecke ist freundlich gestaltet und hell. Das Bad ist geräumig und da komme ich zu dem Punkt, warum ich nicht "sehr gut" bewertet habe. Die Wanne mit Duschwänden muss man genau einstellen und der Wasserhahn wäre besser mir Thermostat. Es ist schwierig, die richtige Temperatur einzustellen.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub im Grünen

Inmitten einer idyllischen grünen Oase haben wir eine Urlaubswoche in dem schönen Bungalow genießen dürfen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles war sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet bis ins kleinste Detail Heike war eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Petite maison située sur le terrain des propriétaires avec un jardin raffiné et bucolique, très reposant avec son bassin. Maison charmante, très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. L'hôtesse est très accueillante. De plus, pour visiter Berlin, une petite gare dans la localité permet d'y accéder rapidement. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la Wifi.
