"The staff was kind when we checked in and arranged for an early check.in (for a fee) because we had traveled all night. Our room was small but clean. The shower water was only minimally warm. The towel heater did not work. The staff were vague in providing verbal directions to train station and they were not aware of any restaurants in the area to recommend. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant wait staff were efficient and kind. I tried to sit on the patio one afternoon just to enjoy the outdoors and read a book but even though it was not yet supper time and only 2 tables were occupied by customers I was told it was not allowed unless I wanted to purchase food or drink."

"Staff were outstanding; Malak and Shahin were such a joy and treat at the front desk! The views from property where outstanding and breathtaking. End of the property driveway to one can buy a street an buy tram/bus tickets to take you short ride into city center. The zoo is just right next door, although didn't get a chance to go, so many wonderful things to do! Malik and Shahin"

"THERE NEEDS TO BE BOOKING OPTIONS FOR ROOMS/SUITES IN THE NEW VS. OLD BUILDINGS. We booked a Double Room Deluxe and, as it turns out, our room was located in the original hotel building. Our bathroom was sorely in need of updating. We requested to be moved to the same class of rooms in the new building, but there was no availability at the time. We upgraded to a Junior Suite in the new building, which cost an extra $250/night and it was lovely."
