The marvelous staff Magi and (sorry I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in on Monday :( )went above and beyond in guiding me how to go out and about Zurich city. And when my son got sick, they automatically showed the genuine hospitality of reaching out to what they can help with. Thank you Ms. Magi! You made our stay in your beautiful city a memorable one."
