"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...

"Nice place and very close to train stop Bad Sulza. Close to city centre 1km walk. Room was nice and clean, no AC, no loundry service to the customers. Bike rental locate city tourist office, not on site. Free parking on site.😎 Very nice, kind and helpfull staff."

"Es ist ein wunderbarer Platz das Schloss (aufpassen sollte man bei der Buchung nicht in den Plattenbau Sonnenscheibe zu kommen) was von der Inneneinrichtung aber in die Jahre gekommen ist aber dennoch Sauber ist.
