The Coach House Suffolk
Experience let down by breakfast service unfortunately on both mornings of a 2 night stay. I did receive a phone apology at least but now very unlikely to return with so many alternatives available in the area.

Elms Farmhouse - sleeps 19 guests in 8 bedrooms
Spacious and well equipped. Having the games room and swimming pool helped keep the children occupied.

This place was not very clean! The pictures online are nothing like the rooms! The bed was the worst bed iv ever slept in the spings was coming through ! There was a horrible damp smell in the bathrrom! There was rips in the sofa that was filthy ! Damp on net curtians! Window in room never opened! ...
