"Delightful! The island is quiet but not completely isolated in winter, making for a tranquil stay. This lovely cottage is in pristine condition, with carefully chosen amenities and appliances, and decorated thoughtfully. Matt (host) was quickly responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We highly recommend!"

"Our host, Elizabeth, was very responsive the entire stay, very available through texts with any questions. The home was even better than described. It was so welcoming when we arrived on a cold, windy winter night. It immediately felt warm and cozy. Everything we would need was provided. For us, the location was perfect as it was very close to the family we were visiting, but it is also a great location for Falmouth ih general. I would think the pool in the back yard would be great in the summer. We hope to stay there again the next time we are in Falmouth and would highly recommend the home. "

"Our second stay at Tori’s wonderful home. Clean, plenty of room, well furnished and supplied, great location, an enclosed back yard with pool and hot tub. . . It’s hard not to love this home. "

"We loved the house it was very clean and the picture window was very relaxing. I wished that the window had some kind of window treatment for privacy at night. The kitchen had no seasonings so we opted not to cook but had a great stay despite the minor dislikes. "

"The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. It looks like something from an interior design magazine. Everything is light and bright, and the many windows afford the beautiful view of the water. There are kayaks which we didn't use, and while I'm sure there is water access, we couldn't see it from the property. The location is near shops and restaurants and still private. We felt like we were alone in the woods. Tip: don't put the garbage out. I believe racoons got into it and made a mess.We didn't need the casita, but I bet older kids would love to stay in it. It's a small distance from the main house. There's a great fire pit with Adirondack chairs surrounding it, and a double hammock. The hot tub is great.The photo shows the back door. The other door has a stone path leading up to it and one step to get inside. I love the keyless entry.The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my friend who has limited mobility. And the bathroom right outside her bedroom has a shower so that was a plus. The three upstairs bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. This is a small thing, but I love having different types of pillows to choose from. The master bath has a heated floor--it's chilly in October so that was greatly appreciated.The kitchen is a cook's dream. All the appliances are great. There's lots of counter space to work on and it's nice and bright. We cooked every night and we used the available spices. This is a wonderful property."

"No beach view at all. On a very busy road. Beds were unmade and one bed was literally strapped together.Steps to basement were unsafe and basement (where laundry was) was filthy. Couches had gross covers on them to hide stains from past use. Over all a big disappointment!"

"We were not impressed with this run down home. It needs A LOT of TLC. It had an old musty smell and was far from clean. The microwave and toaster oven were filthy, with food stuck in them. When we went into the bedrooms, the sheets were folded on the foot of the beds. We had to make the beds. When we did, 2 of the sets of sheets were stained. It was discusting. The towels were in very bad shape, thin and none matched etc. The carpets were dirty and the chair in the downstairs bedroom was dirty. We were very disappointed in this house. This is very minor but there werent even 4 wine glasses. We did like to walk through the neighborhood to the small beach, but was further than the description led you to believe. The host was quick to respond to our concerns and even said shed order a new toaster oven, but that was just 1 thing we were disappointed in. The house needs a lot of attention. I could go on and on about the negatives but thats the gist of it all."
