"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The pool looked wonderful, with I could have used it. Sandra was the tipping point of my stay. She was an exceptional representation of customer service. She could see how tired I was when I arrived and asked about first floor. The most amazing part is that she was the same when I stayed at this location 2 years ago as a multi state freeze was beginning. I will stay again simply because of Sandra."
