"Das Personal beim Einchecken kaum bis gar nicht verstanden. Zimmertür hat sich nicht geschlossen von außen beim raus gehen. Fernseher der eine kaputt und der andere kam keine Sender rein. Bierdeckel lagen rum, Fussboden nicht sauber lauter krümmel. Bad ohne Seife fürs händewasche. Keine Verdunklungs Vorhänge bzw Jalousien. "We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them!
