Beautiful hotel - very well maintained. Gorgeous sitting areas in the lobby. Cozy bar. So much charm! Lovely area, walkable to all the best of Hamburg. Staff was very accommodating.

The location of the hotel is great. I think the hotel needs a bit tlc , somebody who cares. Also as I booked 2 doubles with twin beds, I expect twin beds and not just a tiny sofa bed. Unexceptionable!

The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean.
