"This place was in the most adorable town and made you feel connected to it. The hosts were phenomenal and if you’re lucky you might get a homemade chocolate cake while you’re there."

"We tried many times to call OYO client services as there was no reception or staff at the hotel to get the door code to get in. I’ve lost more than 1h on the phone. Worst service ever!"

"The manager was excellent and a great help to us and was very accommodating. We arrived late in the evening and he helped to arrange a late key pick up and reserved a parking space for us. The breakfast was wonderful and everything was very clean. Would stay there again when we are I town!!"

"Parking Good. Woken by neighbours having early shower in the morning (room 111). Moved to Jane Austen room. much nicer. However, The door handle had to be lifted befor the cardkey would then allow the door to be opened. Door handle needs some attention. The TV at the end of the bath would not work due to 'No signal'. the other two TVs in the room were ok. As with all hotel rooms there was never enough suger/sweetener to allow for making two or three cups of tea/coffee each, so had to request more from reception. The quick dial button on the room phone dialed a number which then went to the unobtainable tone. Lastly, you put a very nice picture of the Cloisters area, on this email and other promotions, that used to be used for breakfast. Unfortunately it is now no longer in use."
"Location was great. Hiding Space staff were lovely - v responsive & accommodating. Nice toiletries. Good WiFi. Very clean. Overall, we were really happy with the apartment.
If I had to find negatives, I’d say the beds were narrow & the apartment was quite noisy. The decorating made the place look messy (& played havoc with my friend’s asthma) but in fairness, we had been notified of the ongoing work."
"READ ABOUT WHAT TO EXPECT. For what they offer, they deliver it perfectly. You have to know that what they offer is small spaces that barely fit your bed, and toilets right next to beds with no privacy. They fill the building with them, so windows aren't a given. If you need a practical place to lie down, with cleanliness and kind folks and a friendly bar space in the lobby, in a fabulous location, this is perfect for you."
"Great location for touring Bath, easy walk to Bath Abbey, Roman Baths and the Hop on Hop Off bus. No parking / valet parking but a public parking lot close by, us the app MiPermit. A quirky, well appointed hotel, very comfortable rooms with excellent bathroom/shower. Brasserie Beau is a relaxed comfortable restaurent with a varied menu and an excellent Sunday roast. I would like different draft beers avaiable but thats all down to taste of course. A great stay and one I highly recommend."
"We loved the location of this hotel! It was a beautiful 3 mile walk into Bath along the Canal. Seeing the canal boats and the locks was one of the highlights of our time in Bath.
The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay."
"The room was spotless and it was close to everything. Breakfast room and bar area was quite small for the size of the hotel so definitely book if you want breakfast. There is a pub opposite along with the beautiful gardens, a few minutes walk to the car park, the Abbey and the Roman Baths. Staff were lovely and helpful if needed."
