"Was pleasantly surprised in the comfort, ease of use, and uniqueness of this hotel. It is close to downtown Orange, VA, with the feel of being in the mountains. The hotel is dated but kept very clean with comfortable furnishings. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast offered with a view of the mountains from the dining area."

"It’s okay if you like to drink all night and don’t wanna sleep. The bar attached to the outdated hotel was not enjoyable for people wanting to rest. The rooms were outdated and had thin walls, people gather all hours of the day and night, yelling and carrying on right outside of others doors Extremely long wait times at front desk and their “buffet” breakfast was mediocre at best. Basically insisted you tip for being asked if you want water or orange juice. Really weird vibes and couldn’t wait to leave, go next door to the holiday inn."

"We just returned from a lovely Memorial Day weekend at this cozy, clean, lakefront rental. It was a relaxing experience even though the weather was gloomy most days. The one day the weather cleared up, our kids were able to make use of the dock and kayaks to have fun on the lake. The house was perfect for our family. We have stayed many times at other Lake Anna rentals but this one was very thoughtfully equipped for every convenience - from the automatic night lights in every room and stairwell to the chef grade knives and pots and pans, to the multiple charging ports in the living room. Small details but thoughtful details that a seasoned traveler appreciates. The kids were also kept busy with the ping pong table and foos ball table inside, to the pickle ball court outside. This is the perfect rental that accommodates two families comfortably and being right on the lake with all the amenities. The host, Kiran was also easy to communicate with and reach if we needed anything. It was a great weekend and we would rent here again!"
