"The staff and check in process was flawless, absolutely amazing. Great location plenty of shops near by and easy access to bus and trams out the front of hotel. Gym was smaller the other Radisson blu hotels but still very good and has most options. Only minor point was carpet was old and a bit stained in our room, however cleaning was exceptional Big shout out to the lady who did our check in she went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. "
