Friendly staff, and I liked the location, a bit out of the way, but walkable. Loved the room names. My only quibble was the flight of stairs needed to get to an elevator. I managed, but it would create challenge for people with mobility issues.

Chopin Boutique was the most delightful place I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. All of the staff were helpful and kind, and the owner Jarek made me feel so welcome there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was the best I’ve seen in a hotel. As a lover of Chopin, I loved the Chopin concert that happens right there in a pre-war salon setting. I was pleasantly surprised that bikes were available to use, and riding is quite easy and accommodated in Warsaw and the surrounding areas. The breakfast was delicious and I had an incredible dinner at the restaurant as well. So much care has been put into every inch of this place. I have been telling everyone about it, and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful boutique hotel/B&B. Greeted by owner and exceptional staff very helpful in providing everything from directions, lunch and other activities. We were there at Europe's hottest heatwave in history. The hotel worked hard to keep rooms cool.

Good afternoon. I stayed at your hotel for the first time on July 13th. I was absolutely charmed by the atmospheric design—everything was thought out down to the last detail. The staff were very attentive and friendly; I am especially grateful to Natalia Panchenko, who even helped carry my suitcase and provided all kinds of assistance with various matters.
