Joanna and the two gentlemen that got me checked in were excellent. They weren’t just helpful and professional, you could tell that each of them was really invested in making guests feel welcome and at home and that guests had the best experience possible during their stay. Great appartment
Well designed appartment. Plenty of storage. Washing machine hidden in cupboard came in very handy along with the huge airers. Great balcony which looked out onto the other apartments and gardens. Nice to have somewhere to sit outside for breakfasts and also on a night. Restaurants on complex. Close to The Hub for a larger supermarket and a few shops and other eateries. The Metro station is also there. About 20 minute walk from main train station in Warsaw. Would definitely stay again.

My first choice
It is a beautiful, clean apartment and a perfect location. The apartment has washing machines, a kitchen and dishes. It is fantastic for family trips. The apartment holder is kind; thank you for waiting for us to check in due to the cancelling flight. High recommend choosing this one. It is my first choice if I go to Warsaw next time.

Never again!
The sheets were almost yellow instead ot white and had stains on them. DIsgusting to sleep on them. Receptionist did not speak English. Nobody answered and both number given to us. Nobody change the sheets. This is not even 1 star hotel standard. I was thinking of taking photo and publishing it but this is humiliating!

Spacious quiet apartment with everything I needed.
Very pleasant stay with everything I needed. The only thing I would suggest is to include fitted bed sheet rather than flat sheet as every night I woke up sleeping almost on the mattress which is not very hygienic. Other than that everything was perfect. Thanks

Management needs improving
The management is absolutely terrible. Trying to figure out which room was ours was an utter nightmare. I was given 3 conflicting room numbers throughout the complex. The room itself was nice except there are no instructions on how to use the AC or television. Checkout was the biggest headache of all with no one being in reception and the door being locked i called multiple numbers and no one answered the phone. Thoroughly frustrating experience.

The appointment was nice inside but that is all, the TV didn't work and after it was fixed i found that it was not a smart TV so i couldn't watch anything as i don't speak polish. The worst thing was after sleeping there for two night i have been biten 5 times by bed bugs

TV in your apartment required only to restart and it has been done immediately after your information. In some apartment we have available smart TV, but not in all apartments - this is mentioned in our offer If we receive information about preferences from you before arrival we would book for you apartment with smart TV. Regarding the information about bed bugs we would like to inform that apartment has been very carefuly checked and we didnt found any signs of that. However we swtiched off apartment and make disinfestation ( the specialist told that he also not see any signs of existence of bed bugs ). Good apartment with all equipment for your stay.
The apartment is on a good and new area. With many shop around and 15 minutes walk to downtown. Service is no existing because this is a apartment not a hotel.

Very comfortable, bright, clean, welcoming apartment in a very good location, close to subway. Grocery store was a farther away but still walkable distance. Customer service was excellent as they had agents on site and they were responsive. The washing machine did not work but they offered us the use of the washing machine in their office. A user guide in English for appliances would have been helpful.

Great location, nice cozy place, good restaurants around the area. Downside - could be slightly cleaner, need a new bed frame, pillows and mattress to have a good night sleep other than that everything was great. Nice and very helpful staff in the office.

The room was great, the complex is very close to transit, there are a bunch of nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the staff and reception are very helpful. The apartments are also a close walk to the Warsaw Uprising Museum and many others.

Excellent value
Very spacious and good kitchen with dishwasher.The washing machine was broken but the office had a machine we could use anytime. We had a bedroom with excellent wardrobe space. Close to amenities and short walk to the metro. Would recommend this apartment as very good value for money.

The apartments are great - close to metro line (M2) and easy to use as a base to the centre of Warsaw. The local area has limited facilities but the Night Market will suit younger (18+) visitors to Warsaw. Nonetheless, I would recommend the apartments and location to anyone visiting Warsaw. You can even walk to the centre and we often did. Warning to all - avoid taxis in Warsaw - generally overcharge - and no need buses, trams, metro all excellent and very cheap. Only downside to the property is that despite claiming to be open from 0730-2230 every day, five visits to the Go Apartments reception were all in vain - never found anyone there.
