Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shops. Taxi rank just down the street. Food was also nice. Rooms are spread out well. We had a room on the first floor and heard no noise.

Nice all inclusive stay

Great variety of good food all day long, nice pool area and activities to choose from throughout the day. Biggest drawback was the lack of air condition in rooms and the fans in the rooms were not powerful.

Quite honestly, an all-inclusive hotel is best for families and old people. My wife and I loved this hotel but it was a little more than what we needed or wanted. If you have a family this is great. Hotel staff was really great, I hope theyre being paid and treated well. Food kind of got boring after awhile but like what can you expect?

Typical all inclusive resort. Luckily we got an upgrade to a family room near the sea water lagune. Rooms were good, beds comfortable. Cleaning has ignored our room for three days in the row-we had to remind them to clean. Food was not good at all. We ended up eating out. Really typical 3 stars all inclusive hotel.

Nice reset in good service

Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apartment. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites. Grill restaurant was 4 days closed but we could enjoy one evening and it was delicious. You can grab bottle of wine for dinner included in all inclusive. Swimming pool nice and clean. Laguna pool a bit cold but then quiet. Every night animation programs nice to see siping a drink. Animators are much active, friendly and supportive. Location of the hotel is great. 15 minutes walk to both grey and yellow beaches. Nice commercial area around. Free Parking sometimes difficult but always managed to find a space. Reception staff friendly and good English.

On the expedia website it says it has air-conditioning but when I spoke to staff none of their rooms were airconditioned. So please correct your amenities for club europe. Food is the same everyday. However staff were excellent and cleanliness of the place is superb in all areas.

Per il terzo anno consecutivo veniamo ad ottobre in questa struttura. Personale sempre gentile e cortese. Tuttavia rispetto agli anni precedenti abbiamo notato minore varietà nel cibo servito ai buffet (comunque sempre tutto buonissimo), mentre si conferma una nota negativa la pulizia della stanza: troppo sbrigativa e molte volte da richiedere perchè arrivavamo alle 14.30 in stanza ed ancora non era fatta, non accettabile. Anche se ci sono aree di miglioramento, in generale siamo stati benissimo e torneremo anche il prossimo anno.
