i liked the common sense approach to the hospitality. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. Perhaps the plastic sheet protecting the mattress could be done without to increase the comfy feeling.

This hotel was a great choice for our last night in Warsaw before our flight home. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with a kettle and instant coffee and tea. The area is walkable and bus connections are close by. The only thing we didn't like was the carpet in the room- we prefer laminate flooring.

The hotel and room were very clean and well-renovated. The staff was polite and helpful--thank you for all of your help. The property is conveniently located for our friends and family and has good transport links, both bus and tram, into the centre. The room and bathroom were well planned and reasonably furnished. The breakfasts were very good and good value. We will definitely stay here again
