The front desk staff is missing a smile and basic customer service skills. The bathroom needs maintenance. The location was great close to Old Town. The hotel restaurant was good. The table soccer was the only entertainment but it was broken.

I've stayed at this hotel four times and I love it. The location is ideal for tourists, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, the restaurant has superb food, the staff is friendly, the rooms, while small and towels that are too thin, are pleasant. The windows open for fresh air! There is a sweet children's corner in the lobby with toys - it's wonderful to hear children laughing! I am planning to return in a few months for another stay. Perhaps the most reliably pleasant hotel I know of.

Nice, clean and simple hotel but heating system is awful. Put it on high yet spent a cold night and didn’t sleep well. Ended up leaving the bathroom hair blower running for two hours to heat the room. Breakfast buffet was well laid out and delicious.

10/10 stay, would recommend to anyone
Very quiet, clean, and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Rain kept us inside during one day of our trip so we ate at the restaurant… absolutely delicious! Great traditional food, kept us from missing out due to the rain.

Fantastic hotel rooms were lovely but could do with a kettle. Central to everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely & we had afew drinks in the bar also

Staff was absolutely outstanding. The room (twin bed room) was quite small with no cabinets and wardrobe. Otherwise good hotel with very good breakfast and in good location : around 15 min. walk to the old town and convenient connection to the city center by tram.

Excellent hotel, clean and modern. Tram links literally outside the front door and old town 10in walk. Would definatly stay again.Breakfast very good nothing that you would look at and think nah! Apart from the porridge lol

reliable and affordable chain
The ibis chain can usually be depended on for moderate cost, good desk staff, and simple but clean and functional rooms. This was no exception. I enjoyed my stay and would return to this or other ibis locations.

clean with good service and good food
A very clean hotel with a responsive staff of mostly younger workers. The buffet breakfast is a bit dear but it is extensive and varied, so it's easy to make it the main meal of the day. It's not a long walk to the Old Town and other historic areas and monuments, and especially is close to the Museum of Jewish Life in Poland. The hotel is popular so the rates are higher than I wanted to pay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the Old Town and city centre. Clean, quiet and straightforward with no hassle - I’d highly recommend for anyone who wants a cheaper option to explore the city.

It was a nice hotel, good location with friendly staff and full service with restaurant and bar. Short walk to the old town market. The only negative to me was that the room didn't have a refrigerator.

The property was well placed for easy visiting around town. However, our room was a small, odd shape and did not have a closet, but instead a coat rack type thing. There were no chairs for sitting in the room.
