5 Star luxury from start to finish. Beautiful location and parking was so easy. The property itself must of just had a refurbishment as the room was fantastic. Fellow guests were welcoming especially when chatting at the front of the building. Local people actually visit the front of the hotel and chat to guests. Didn’t make it to the pool however the bath in the room was the size of a swimming pool.

I was in a standard room. Felt safe, slept well. Modern bathroom, very good shower. Surprised no mini fridge - staff confirmed standard rooms do not have fridges. Air Con wasn’t working. Breakfast was plentiful, good selection of hot and cold, though quality is standard, not luxurious . Staff at reception and in breakfast room were excellent. Nothing too much trouble.

The staff in particular were extremely helpful and friendly all throughout our stay. We had breakfast every day which was also great with a good choice. Jayne was particularly helpful throughout our stay and helped us with various questions and requests and nothing was too much trouble.
