"This was a comfortable stay in a decent hotel with helpful staff. I did not eat there. Everything was fine though the litter in the front of the hotel in the bushes should be removed."
"The Black dog offers affordable accommodation. An excellent restaurant, friendly bar service and comfy beds. Unfortunately the room wasnt cleaned properly with my bathroom bin full from the previous occupier, bottle tops in the corner and a loo that hadnt been clean with a broken seat.
Its these little things that make a good score."
"The Nest is a great self-contained, first floor, two-room apartment (kitchen-living and bedroom-bathroom). It has been decorated and fitted out with modern and comfortable fixtures and fittings and is warm, quiet and spotlessly clean.
The welcome tray of a few little treats, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge was a nice touch too.
I'll certainly book again!"
"Interior is very tatty and cheaply done. The plug in the bath didn't work all floors were peeling and lifting even in the bathroom and overall everything looked old and grubby. Very pleased we only stayed for one night"

"I needed a last minute room for myself and the kids to avoid faffing around at the airport. This fit the bill. Nice room, two double beds, clean, and ironing board.
Breakfast was at 5:30, buffet and pretty good. Kids fed and in the pre-booked shuttle for 5:55. 5 mins and at the airport but easily walkable. Job done. "
"It was my second stay at the hotel.
The room was very clean and had all facilities needed. The breakfast was lovely and staff very polite and helpful.
However, I was disturbed by a male staff member entering the room at 6am, there was no indication that the room was free at that point..
We shouted and the member of staff closed the door.
I complained to the reception staff, one of them was not very understanding and could not grasp the severity of the incident.
It was not good enough, I felt vulnerable and unsafe and nobody seemed to care.
I would have rated the hotel a 10/10 otherwise.
I hope a member of the management team investigates this complaint correctly and gets back to me. "
"Extremely close to the terminal, sadly wasn’t staying for very long but the room was really clean, comfy bed and a decent shower! Would definitely stay again if I’m going to T2"
"They were over booked and we got upgraded to the signature room that was very nice of them . Tried to book for another night but sold out very popular hotel . Will be coming back again
