Cool, but…

Overall ok, amazing cleaning/breakfast lady, terrible organisation from the hotel reception for the check in. We were looking around, couldn’t find where to check in, we didn’t get the code until we actually called to ask it. The place is quirky and comfy though, completely different than everything I’ve ever saw.

The strangest place I've ever stayed...

This place is up four floors, on a very small, awkward lift, quite old fashioned. The access was simple with the emailed instructions though. When I got inside, the room was very very odd. Dentist themed, complete with a dentist chair in the room. The light switches were in strange places, and the rooms weren't very quiet. Plenty of plugs though. Just a very strange vibe there. Quite handy to walk from the airport bus though, and easy enough to get to amenities.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Nur, dass man alles vom Flur hört, ist nicht so toll. Da alle Gäste sehr rücksichtsvoll waren, habe ich trotzdem tief und gut geschlafen

Realmente no es un hotel es un piso que tomo las habitaciones y las adapto, esto no quiere decir que esté mal, la habitaciones son amplias y bonitas, el baño está bien y en general es bueno, el desayuno variado y rico. Tuve un problema con las indicaciones para abril la puerta y acceder al Lotfhotel pues para mi las indicaciones no fueron claras. Sin embargo quizás volvería, aunque prefiero una recepción de 24 horas y un hotel a otro tipo de concepto

Kul inredning i trevlig miljö. Dock var det ganska smutsigt. Alla rum är olika, vi hade tur och fick ett stort och rymligt rum. Roliga inredningsdetaljer gör vistelsen till något annorlunda.

Great Place to Stay in Central Warsaw

Generally it is a very good place to stay in Warsaw. Each room has a theme and the location is really good as you can walk to most places in central. Also, the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good although charging extra for coffee capsules (which don't give you good coffee anyway) is a bit lame. Also, the room service lady could be more polite and smiling and not behaving as if she was doing you a favour when she cleans your room.

Great value in small hotel with unique style

Great value stay in arty hotel. Great value breakfasts (small extra charge) with cooked meats, cheeses, breads, etc., and hot food prepared individually in kitchen-breakfast room, where guests could also make tea/coffee at any time. Very helpful staff, some more outgoing than others. Spacious room with good heating, good-sized bathroom (shower temperature and pressure fluctuated a but at peak times). Clean and quiet. Room not serviced daily, but this was not a problem for me.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti in camera doppia a novembre '17. La stanza era vicino alla reception e per questo un pochino subiva i rumori altrui specie la mattina presto per le partenze. La notte comunque c'era silenzio. La collocazione dell'hotel nella mappa è errato (indica ad est di Plac Konstytucji) mentre è dal lato opposto (suggerisco di far affidamento ad un navigatore): dal piazzale dove fermano i bus dall'aeroporto, conviene scendere per Emilii Plater e poi si trova l'hotel sulla sinistra. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perché abbiamo preferito farla al Green Coffee in piazza della costituzione.

A city hotel so can be quite noisy from both inside and outside. Rooms really well decorated and perfect location so easy to hop on transport to and from all the main sights. Breakfast looked nice but can grab some real bargains very close by in the newly refurbished market 30 seconds away! I'd stay again and try a different room out! Pigi and sadistic dentist were in a separate wing so may be a little quieter!

El hotel está muy bien situado pero la decoración es horrible para mi gusto, las camas son de 80cm te das la vuelta y te caes. La limpieza no es diaria , que no queríamos un cambio de sábanas y toallas diario pero pasar un poco el baño si y NO HAY CAFÉ EN EL DESAYUNO!!!

Funky bohemian vibe hotel

Good location with some great, world-class restaurants nearby. The furnishings are cool/funky and may not be everyone's taste, but it beats the cookie-cutter style of mainstream hotels.

The hotel is located in a really nice area, walking distance from the old town, castle and lots of nice restaurants around. The staff is very kind and helpfull. The rooms is nice, although a bit small and crowded with all the decoration.

Not at all what we expected according to the ad.

I can understand why some people might rate this hotel highly as the design is very original and it can be very pleasant to certain customers. On the other hand there are many features that were not very convenient for us. It was a very hot period and there wasn't even a fan in the room. The room had a balcony which could be very nice if it weren't for the terrible noise coming from a very busy street. We had to keep the door closed at night because of the noise and then the heat was unbearable. There was no way we could get to sleep and the bed was very uncomfortable and creaked all the time.

Great experience!

Really cool place with a great atmosphere. The staff was kind and helpful. They let us check in earlier than 2 pm because our room was ready and stored our luggage all day for us after check out. Good service! The neighborhood was really cool - just down the street is the best Mexican restuarant we've ever visited and across the hotel is a super cool, reasonably priced yet sort of high class food court. Highly recommendable!
