Amazing experience with this place. We was staying for 1 night before our flight. Room was very large and comfortable with a balcony and bath. More than everything we liked the stuff! Girl on reception was very kind and helpful and the manager was more than professional. Guys really answered all our questions and recommended really good place to go. If we will come to Poland again, definitely will choose this place for stay.

Apartment construction seems to be consistent in Warsaw One style is copied and I see it in other location almost identical except for adjustments to roof or ceiling height and different walls. It's evidently a system that has succeeded and they copy it and it's all modern

Self contained aparthotel reachable from centre
Nice part of Warsaw. Fully equipped apartments. The size doesn't quite match with the add although close. Didn't get a callback about an issue with appliances although things got sorted. Extending your stay double check you hold on to the right door swipe to access your apartment. Not an issue if reception is still open which has limited hours.

The studio was great, had all that was needed for a short business stay. Quiet and well located (reasonably close to a tube station). I was able to prepare my breakfast and lunch in it. What’s worth improving is the sockets in walls. They are prone to fall out.

No breakfast facilities which is a shame but otherwise good. Need to arrange a late book in which is an extra cost.

Perfect place to stay in Mokotow area
The perfect place to stay. The location is close to Galeria Mokotow (10 min walk) and to the metro stations (15-20 min walk). There are markets and some restaurants for breakfast & lunch.

Don’t book this hotel they double book you
Was very upset, we booked this hotel in advance only to arrive and told “sorry we are 100% full and we booked you another hotel a few minutes down the road. We were traveling with our 10month year old baby and had already parked in paid parking. The assured us this hotel was of equal standards although I looked on Expedia and it was 30% cheaper and 1-1/2 a star less. Thanks for taking our money and not securing our booking. You should watch the seinfield episode where he books a car only to arrive and have no car your service is terrible. It even a phone call or email prior to arriving. Please do not book this hotel be warned!!!

Moved to apartment I did not book - building site
Very suspicious. Booked this twice and moved to another apartment. This other apartment is opposite building site that starts around 7.00 in morning. I guess those that complain get moved from QBIK to platinum and those booked Platinum gig one of two nights get moved to QBIK. Price of QBIK cheaper and poor excuse that being upgraded to best room when just standard.

Please be informed Sir that the decission of bookout to our different residence is always hard and never made as a result of complaining - suggesting that we do so is just unfair. Should you have any different impression I can only say that it is nowhere near the truth. Please be informed that Platinum Residence Mokotów is vastly developing and till the midlle of April there will be many more apartments available at this location. Indeed it sometimes happened that during the renovation of new units there were some major breakdowns of water pipes or electricity that caused the necessity of bookout couple of reservation to Qbik Residence. Would suggest a hotel, rather than these appartmen
If you check in after 9pm, you have to pay extra 80 zloty, which was not noted before, during or after the reservation at all! Same if you want to check out before 9am!

We would like to clarify that entire information, including reception desk opening hours and mentioned late check in fee can be found in residence description on Hotels.com website as well as on the confirmation letter and finally on our official website. At that point it is also required to clarify that there is no fee for the early check out, which is quite easy to proceed - magnetic card can be left inside the room and afterward apartment door shall be closed.
