Terrible smell, nice and well located apartment
Apartment is overall nice, well equipped and in a great location in the city centre. Really nice host - you need to pick up keys in their office which is not that close to apartments but i asked for other solution and they sent it to me by taxi :) Really nice :) Drawbacks: Unfortunately, the smell from the bathroom pipes was unbearable. I know apartments in older buildings in Warsaw have this issue, but here it was the next level of the smell... really bad. Moreover, toilet was a bit dirty as well as toilet brush and mirror. Mop also smelled (was wet) and was left in the bathroom. Other small things to improve: night stand / table next to bed would be nice. More and cleaner / less worn towels, coffee and tea would be great too. I stayed in this apartments for the 1st and last time if they dont do anything about this smell... For this price you can find something more pleasant (less smelly) in Warsaw.

We were moved from Elilii Plater 55 to Apartment Obozowa. Because of renovations. But new apartment had was next to a building site. Repeatedly dust everywhere. Instructions to enter the building didn’t work. I’m still waiting for P&O to return my call to enable entry to the building. Thankfully another person opened the door and we followed. Once inside it was as per pictures. Practical without character but fine for a few days. However, dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. It was also particularly hot. Aircon isn’t common in Poland. Understood. But a fan would be a very useful addition.

This listing includes multiple units together. While some may be 3.5-star quality, as the listing ranks itself, mine - #74 at 55 Emilii Plater - is more like a university student's studio, suitable for young people who aren't looking for luxury. The photos make it look chic, but it is worn, cluttered, and not entirely clean. The kitchen is plain and the bathroom is cramped, with a dirty soap holder in an ugly shower, an uncomfortable sink, and a power outlet that's falling out of its hole in the wall. The "bedroom" is a nook that I would consider a large walk-in closet, and it is separated from the living room only by a thin sliding mirror. There is no AC, so I would be wary of hot summer days. Heating is by a radiator in the living room and a hot water pipe in the bathroom. There is a good washing machine but no dryer. A small rack is available to dry clothes on. It's good enough for a small load. WiFi worked well. No work desk, had to use the dining counter sitting on an uncomfortable tall stool. The building is old with drab corridors. To get the keys to the apartment, you will have to go to the rental office located "nearby", which turned out to be over a kilometer away. If you have more than a small bag, or on a cold or wet day, you won't be able to walk that distance to the apartment and will need some transportation - an extra expense and hassle. The location is fantastic, close to Central Station, restaurants, bakeries, clubs and cafes.

Great Stay
The flat was in a lovely location- walking distance to all the major attractions. The building itself was quiet, and was comfortable. The kitchen lacked some cooking utensils, but that wasn't a big deal. I quite enjoyed my stay and the freedom of having a flat to myself.
