"Everything about our stay was excellent. The apartment is 3 flights up but a gentleman met us on arrival to carry our luggage up. We cannot thank Alain for her excellent service in making sure that our stay was good. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. We were supplied with basic foods/drinks tea/coffee, milk etc. which was a nice touch. DVDs were supplied as well as Netflix. We enjoyed the apartment so much we hope to be back next year."

"Heath Farm is a beautiful spot in the heart of the Cotswolds, approximately 6miles from Chipping-Norton. My wife and I were greeted by Brian who helped us with our luggage from the car park to Hazel-Nut cottage. Being the wrong side of seventy was very much appreciated. Brian gave us a very comprehensive brief of the layout and amenities, also a very detailed joining folder which we used considerably very useful for our successful stay at the cottage. "Second time staying here. Good location, ten minute walk from Birmingham Airport, NEC and Resort World. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Spacious, comfortable room. Very good sleep. Shower could do with a modern upgrade - shower head fixed to wall below head height, water pressure fluctuated. Didn't have chance to use the leisure facilities but they looked nice. Spacious lounge bar, reasonably priced restaurant. All staff very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay again."
