"We booked this property for a New Year's get together of friends. The property was exactly what we needed, a lovely large space for us all to relax in. We made extensive use of both houses and found everything to be great. The only minor point is the back garden on the left hand side wasn't secure, so the dog in our party managed to get out for a larger-than-intended explore."

"The house had everything we needed for our friends' weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and everything worked. It could do with a lick of paint in places, but otherwise we were impressed with the spacious accommodation. The house is well located, with an easy 10 minute walk into Stratford , for the shops, restaurants and theatre. Kristy was helpful and quick to respond."

"Property very nice on the whole though a little rough around the edges in places, many patio doors and french doors difficult to close and lock and could do with attention. Similar story with other items throughout the property and decor. Grounds are large and pleasant, i imagine it to be beatuiful in the summer. House is spacious and warm with the heating working well and many rooms having underfloor heating too. New carpets throughout living rooms and upstairs areas. Lots of glasses, cups...

"The property details state 3mins walk to Royal theatre, 7min wslk to Town Hall, 10 mins walk to Shakespheres birthplace, 2 mins to Dirty Duck and other attractions near by, false information the cabin or Summer house was 6 miles away from any attractions in any direction the only thing around was a Dobbies with Waitrose. We spoke to James about this and he said he wasn' t aware of the details so we sent screen shots, we ended up having to pay for an hotel room in the town centre, asked for our...
