"This house was fabulous. So much better than the photos. The host really had thought of so many little extras to make the stay easier. Only the tiniest things, like maybe a step stool for little visitors to reach the sink could be added (though tbh, perhaps there was one stashed somewhere!)The entrance to the property is a bit haphazard with the brick paving so a sensor light would have been helpful, but I think we found an outside light switch for that area come the end of our stay.Honestly though, great property, comfy beds, and so many added extras.. including a bottle of wine, biscuits, small milk on arrival, which is always a welcomed touch!Had a lovely walk around the lake nearby, which had a couple of parks for the kids to play at too.Victoria was incredibly responsive and had a lovely tone to her messages Would stay again and recommend to others "

"Kingsley Lake House is perfectly situated for a stay in Perth, NOR with quick access to the CBD. The house is on a quiet street right next to Lake Goollelal and access to walks through the local woodland with views of the lake and local wildlife.On arrival check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions provided by our hosts. The house is spacious and inviting and well designed for a family stay. After a long trip it was nice to find a shopping centre located just over the road for a food shop and supplies. The house offers plenty of amenities and multiple living spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances were easy to operate. One thing I will say is that laundry could benefit from some adjustments - the washing machine does like to travel across the room somewhat on a standard cycle and the dryer is quite temperamental to get started - all easily dealt with once we adjusted to their quirks. A laundry basket of some kind would be a great addition for trafficking wet clothes to the line or dried clothes upstairs.Worth mentioning is that we stayed during the colder season and the downstairs of the house does not have air-con. Upstairs, its absolutely amazing however, but we did need to wrap up during the mornings and evenings downstairs and huddle around the few available radiators.The beds were comfortable and bedrooms well proportioned, however the pillows could do with a refresh.All in all we loved staying here and will be returning in the future."
