"Very disappointed, the hotel looked lovely in the photos but reality was a different story. With the exception of one waiter none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. The pool was filthy and the water was green. The room was shabby and in desperate need of a refurb, broken bathroom fixtures, hole in sheet, dirty curtains, broken tie-backs. Bar area was okay but at breakfast our table was covered in flies. Avoid this place at all costs "

"Offers a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Located outside of town (will need to take a Tuk Tuk) but a great location for peace and quiet. Breakfast is very good/filling and dinner offers a nice selection of food which was very good. Highly recommend."

"Amazing - no other words needed! A two night stay in one of the tree houses - had the camp to ourselves , which was perfect. Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to ensure our meals were varied both in location and food . Excellent on both counts . Wild elephant encounter on our way in, had to reroute on the way out due to ele on the road (? Same guy?) . But a great detour . Just chilled in the fish spa and ate lots. "

"I have no idea why people have rated this place so high. I chose this place because she claimed to have wifi. She does not have wifi. She has a cellphone with a hotspot that she never turns on. If she does turn it on, it doesn't work when she takes the phone with her when she leaves. She also turns the phone off when she goes to sleep. "We came to this hotel on our honeymoon, and from the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with nothing but kindness. The hotel is so stunning, I service is incredible, the nature is all encompassing and the food is amazing! Would highly highly recommend.
