Cozy townhome located 5 miles from Washington DC, close to historical Old Towne

Quiet community close to restaurants, business and public transportation. Two spacious bedrooms with queen-sized beds; one bathroom with shower/tub combination. Nice office with desk, bookcase and chair. Living room has lots of room to spread out. There are sufficient cooking utensils to prepare great family meals; the oven has convection and air fry options.

The home has radiator heat and central air conditioning. Onsite washer/dryer and dishwasher Enjoy front porch seating, large upper deck, and spacious lower patio.

If public transportation is your preferred method of transport, the home is situated less than a 10 minute walk from two subway stations that will get you to Reagan Airport, the Pentagon, Arlington Cemetery, and Washington DC tourist sites in no time. The Amtrak train station is also within walking distance,
