- Please keep key fob with you at all times. Replacement fee of $350 applied if missing/unreturned.

- Smoking is absolutely prohibited and a $300 penalty fee will be automatically charged if caught smoking of any kind!

- Please note that only guests on the reservation are allowed to be in the apartment.

- Only one key fob is available per unit.

- Pool is closed for the season.
