I love staying at these properties but they are beginning to fall apart. Things need to be fixed like binds, shower heads, linens that fit properly.

This property was much better than I anticipated and I would definitely stay there again. Communication was excellent. The apartment was clean and very modern. The welcome package in the kitchen was a nice touch and ensured we had the basics upon arrival (paper towel, dish sponge, travel size dish soap, travel size laundry soap and even a package of microwave popcorn. I appreciated the security measure and under ground parking. The roof lounge area, with pool, fire pits and bbqs is beautiful. I am not a pet lover but if you are this is a property for you. I was also pleased that, though there were many dog owners in the condo, there was no trace of dog hair anywhere in the building. This apartment and entire building is very well kept.

We enjoyed it!
PROS: We had a great time. We really, really loved the rooftop amenities and scenery/ambiance up there. The pool pass situation was a bit precarious. I ended up just showing the lifeguard my ID and that permitted us in. The apartment itself was really nice. It was nice to have the pots, pans, laundry, a pull-out couch and a nice sized walk in closet. The neighbors in the building are quite friendly and helpful. CONS: One of the least desirable aspects of our stay was the bed. The headboard was very lose and the mattress was dipping in the middle. Every time we turned over it creaked. It was not a very great night’s sleep. It worked out fine though because it didn’t permit us to sleep in. We wanted to get up early to get our day going. Another negative aspect was the key fobs. You must keep up with them. If you misplace them you will have to pay a large fine. And you need the key fob for a lot of things: the elevator, the various doors, the rooftop. TIP: Bring dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and bring a comforter for the pull-out couch if you plan to use these things. If you’re using the garage parking make sure to press the pass button to open the garage. All in all, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay in Bethesda Gallery.

The property was nice and well kept. Conceirge was helpful and polite. I suggest paying for parking because there is only 2 hour metered parking outside. The pictures were representative and I'll be staying here again !

A great place to stay, which is 30 minutes from downtown DC. Modern condo living while away from home, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Harry Teeter (groceries) 2 blocks away, CVS down the street. Be sure to arrange for parking ($15/day) ahead of time as it needs to be coordinated. Street parking is via ParkMobile and is hassle and you will get a ticket ($40).

We visited Bethesda, MD for medical reasons and GLS was a great option so we felt more like we were at home. Being a guest we had some questions. The front desk help was hard to find. The apartment was clean and close to food and groceries. I wish the pool would have been open.

There was an issue with parking. I was to get a parking key fob, Sunday, June 21st, but this wasn't available. I had to wait until Monday for the parking key fob to be delivered. The company Global Luxury Suites says they will reimburse me for that one night, which has not happened yet.

Visiting grandkids, lovely specious apartment, Central location close to all. One complaint are the beds, awful mattresses both bedroom and couch. There’s a police station down street so lots of midnight sirens... The apartment building itself looks brand new and well maintained.

Well, I want to start on a good note, but honestly I do not have one. May be I should say that people on the phone were good listeners!! They did answer my phone calls! But, did they solve the problems? NO! Background info: I had only booked this suite for 2 NIGHTS in Bethesda, Maryland, USA. List of problem: 1. Pre-authorized for parking for 2 nights, but did not received it. They apologized for the first night and promised to give us parking the second night and failed to do so! 2. They charged us for parking after we returned home, even after calling them and asking them not to charge. It needed me to call them again to reverse the charge. They apologized and reversed it!!! 3. Once we walked into the apartment (2 bed) it looked really nice and we felt happy! But, then when we went to sleep, we found that our bed frame was broken. So, we called them the first night at 10 pm and lodged a complaint. They said an inspector will come to check and fix this next day. We put the mattress on the floor and slept that night. 4. Next morning, we found that the dining table frame was broken. Called again and complained and again they said they will add this to the inspector’s list to check. 5. Came back home hoping to see things fixed. But, NADA. Called them and was told that inspector came and found nothing was wrong with the bed!!! BIG LIE! Nothing was touched in the room. I had left little notes on the areas of problems, none of those appear to be touched.

This building is full of Cockroach which made my daughter and wife freak out. When you arrive and the concierge hand you a white envelope with your room key and instruction... YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. No room service no soap refills NOTHING. No staff available in the weekend Until Monday 11am therefore you can’t signUp for parking but street parking. I end up with a parking ticket of $45. I was refused a soap from the concierge telling me to buy my own after running out

We were required to give our credit card multiple times after booking (for parking, security deposit, etc) because this is not a hotel but is an apartment building. The facilities were very new, nice and clean, but the bed was TERRIBLE. Could not move without making very loud squeaky noises from springs and there must have also been a plastic cover on the mattress. It was a horrible night’s sleep for both of us. The mattress on the pull-out couch was a 4 inch temperpedic so our daughter slept great. If they fix the mattress problem, put cotton sheets on the bed, and if they can streamline the credit card process this is a great place to stay with great restaurant choices around it too.

They need to get their act together
The property is brand new and amazing. BUT the check in is a mess. The person at the front desk is just security and they call somebody to come check you in, so you wait for a while for somebody to come to do that. This building is full of beautiful condos and it not a hotel. We asked for an hour early check in (it is 4:00) and they said $150 extra. After coming back at 4:00 for check-in they state the room will not be ready until 6:00. So I ask if they can refund me the same $150 they were going to charge me? "call the number on your reservation" was the reply and of course no answer. The room was amazing. For what they are asking $ this system should be a LOT smoother. I love the place.
