We LOVED the location for our stay because it was close to the metro. The there was a lot of neighborhood noise but overall it worked perfectly for what we needed.

"Our stay at this apartment was outstanding. It was ideally located near the metro station, with numerous retail stores and restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment itself was flawless, with all the right amenities. The water pressure was great, and hot water was available whenever needed. We found no signs of insects or rodents, and we made sure to check thoroughly. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable, and the King size bed lived up to the description. The unit was also spotless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed our time here."

It is a very convenient location. Close to Metro, shopping and tourist destinations. But it is also a very busy and noisy neighborhood. As for the overall state of the unit; It shows some wear and tear. We also ran into an issue with the heater in the master bedroom, which we couldn't adjust to a lower temperature. We awoke to a 90 degree room our first morning there. We turned it completely off for the remainder of our stay. Just prior to check in, we received an email with instructions to call a number with a Florida area code if we encountered any problems. We called the number for these issues a few different times and all it ever did was ring. There was also no response to our messages sent.

The property was nice but bathrooms are dated. Kitchen was lacking in towels/hot mats. If you are a stay in and cook group bring your own seasonings. The lighting in the living room is none. The two lights supplied do nothing. Beautiful building nice amenities. The area is perfect
