I arrived at about midnight, and the check-in was super smooth. The room was clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff were very helpful and polite. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely stay here again!

Located just across the street from the Metro, which was very convenient, as was the airport shuttle. However, the shuttle's limited hours made an Uber necessary for an early-morning flight. Would have liked a microwave in the room.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. My experience was exactly as I expected it be. The loved the decor of the room, and it was immaculate. The bed was especially comfortable. The Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport is a great option if you want to stay close to the airport.

Gteat location of the hotel. Nice and warm staff. The hotel is a little bit old but it's well maintained. Best hotel to recommend！The only complain is they said they had free shuttle but it made us wait more than 40 minutes. T he shuttle bus was sitting t he re in f ro m of the hotel！

The Westin hotel was a joy!! Clean spacious room with service handled immediately. The metro is a block away. Whole foods is 3 blocks away. Very convenient for our Memorial weekend travel. Will stay there every time when in DC area.

Please get a room with a window view. You will NOT regret it. When leaving out of the building. Walk to the corner. On the right there’s rental bikes and stores to eat. Other things as well. The staff AMAZING! Morning and afternoon both AMAZING! Breakfast food mmh good but not heat hot at all. Was told it was freshly made. Perhaps, no heat at all. It wasn’t warm either. Nothing to return and complain about. Would I stay again ABSOLUTELY! Oh beds are comfortable. Bathroom 10/10. No noise. And quiet.
