The 3 stars is not for the front desk staff, parking staff, or the bar staff. They all deserved 5 stars.
The 3 stars is for the hotel management who would trick the guests by giving them $25 courtesy credit toward any food or drink, and then by charging the customers back for $29 as the so called Destination fee. I booked my room through Expedia and this fee was never mentioned or calculated in the rates offered by Expedia.
