"Clean rooms and staff were were nice."

"We didn't get the room we needed. Needed to have s handicap room and they said the one they had available had a broken ac. Had to settle for another type of room because it was non refundable. Couldn't get towels. We found a few bugs. Very unusual for this hotel. There used to always be staff and supplies available and it seemed like it was a chore to help all of a sudden. We've been coming here for years and things have changed suddenly. "

"My trip here occurred during Easter weekend so definitely a busy time. The hotel was wonderful and the staff pleasant to deal with starting with valet outside. Very lovely hotel - crisp, clean, with luxury that's not over the top. My one concern is that, being downtown, this is a noisy area but the soundproofing whether the windows or walls need work. At night there would be loud hangouts on the top level of the parking garage across the street and you could REALLY hear it from inside my room. The room had windows facing this area so I wasn't surprised to hear something, even sirens once, but the amount of noise coming through surprised me. "

"Very comfortable stay for my family. I enjoyed the space. Communication was great, we needed support once and they were very responsive. It was very spacious. The air conditioning was super cold - perfect for the warm Florida weather. "
