"We got a room with the pool view & we loved it. Made our pleasure trip more lively. Restaurants had excellent, good quality food. And the beds were made daily & the bathroom was straightened up with clean towels also daily. The resort was light & bright with new fixtures. Absolutely beautiful & clean compared to other Reno hotels. No stale smell. However, I don’t know if facility was eco-friendly. In conclusion, I will definitely come back."
"We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed in. But not here. Perhaps they could put one in. "
