Ausgebaute Dachwohnung

Pros: Es handelt sich um ein ausgebautes Dach mit Dachloggia. Es gibt ein abgetrenntes Bad und der Rest ist ein großer Raum mit einer halb abgetrennten Küchenzeile. Küchenausstattung ist gut. Cons: Rollläden sind keine vorhanden, dadurch war es bei heißem Wetter ziemlich warm. Zum Parken wurden wir auf die Straße verwiesen, die allerdings unproblematisch frei ist. Das WLAN war vorhanden aber total langsam und damit unbrauchbar.

Wer Ruhe, Berg-und Seeblick sucht ist hier genau richtig

Pros: Fam. Kempkens sind ganz liebe Hauswirte, die immer für Fragen und Tipps da sind. Eine Badestelle ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Einfach rein in die Badeklamotten,Handtuch über die Schulter und los. Eine kühle Erfrischung nach einem heißen Tag. 15 min Fußweg befindet sich ein kostenloses " Naturfreibad"mit Liegewiese und Kiosk. War mit meinem 6 jährigen Kind dort, und wurden ganz herzlich behandelt. Da die Unterkunft sich zwischen Wasserburg und Lindau befindet, ist es dort sehr ruhig. Ein Fahrrad wäre von Vorteil. Kann aber so weit ich weiß auch vor Ort ausgeliehen werden. Es ist aber alles gut innerhalb wenigen Kilometer zu erreichen. Cons: Da es die Woche sehr heiß war, war es natürlich in der Dachwohnung auch sehr heiß. Ein Ventilator hätte es etwas angenehmer gemacht. Nachts alle Fenster aufgemacht, konnte man trotzdem gut darin schlafen.

Das Haus mit der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. W

Pros: Das Haus mit der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Wir haben die Stille am Morgen, wie auch am Abend, inclusive Vogelgezwitscher, sehr genossen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Alpen- und Seeblick. Die Lage ist Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren oder Wandern. Das in der Nähe liegende Lindenhofbad (Strandbad) kostet keinen Eintritt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und fanden auch die Betten sehr bequem. Die Vermieter sind sehr liebe und sympathische Menschen. Da hat man sehr gerne mal einen Plausch gemacht und auch Tipps bekommen. Man ist wirklich ungern wieder abgereist. Wir werden gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Cons: Da wir schon aus vorherigen Bewertungen wussten, dass es keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für mitgebrachte Fahrräder gibt, haben wir uns im Vorfeld eine Fahrradgarage besorgt. Damit waren unsere Räder auch bei Regen gut und geschützt untergebracht. Somit ist das jetzt KEIN Negativpunkt sondern vielleicht mehr als Anregung für zukünftige Gäste zu verstehen.

Ein Urlaub der sich lohnt ;o)

Pros: Die Vermieter, welche mit im Haus wohnen, sind sehr herzlich. Sie versuchen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Fahrrad kann man beim Vermieter ausleihen. Die Fewo hat einen schönen Blick auf See und Berge. Im Ort selber hat man nur einen schmalen Seezugang. Das Freibad mit Seezugang, welches sich in der Nähe befindet, ist aber sehr schön angelegt und es gibt dort daneben auch einen freien Zugang zum Bodensee. Die Matratzen sind ein kleines bisschen durchgelegen. Die müsste man zukunftsnah mal austauschen. Sonst ist alles vorhanden was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch unser Vierbeiner wurde herzlich begrüßt und mit Leckerlis verwöhnt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung von herzlichen Vermietern

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr praktisch sind die geräumigen Wandschränke und der Abstellraum. Von der Dachterrasse aus sieht man den See vor einem atemberaubenden Alpenpanorama. Hier kann man schön Frühstücken oder ein Sonnenbad nehmen. Das Mobiliar hierfür ist vorhanden. Sehr gute Fahrräder kann man bei den Vermietern für einen günstigen Preis leihen. E-Bikes kann man bei einem Fahrradhändler leihen. Überhaupt findet sich alles, was man im Urlaub so braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäcker, Metzger, Bioladen, Post, Bank, Supermarkt, zahlreiche Restaurants...). Die FeWo bietet eine gute Ausgangsbasis für tolle Wander- oder Radtouren am See entlang oder ins schöne Hinterland. In direkter Nähe finden sich wunderschöne Parks und Schwimmbäder am Seeufer. Am meisten beeindruckt hat uns aber die Herzlichkeit der Vermieter. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Erfahrung! Cons: Nichts!
