"Front desk employees in the morning were amazing. The front desk employee at night was kind of rude. Even though we had a do not clean sign at the door, house keeping entered the room which felt like a lack of privacy. We also kindly requested a refund for the last night as something came up and had to leave Frankfurt early to which the manager refuse to help. Overall great experience at check in but not great overall"

"Excellent clean room, with VERY comfortable beds. Great location near the train station and river walk. Staff were fantastic, and provided great service. Breakfast was varied and high quality with lots of options for celiacs and dairy allergies. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Staff are the number one asset of this hotel, they always look after me, I have been staying here for years. Little things like coffee in the lobby make a big difference. Early check in when available is a massive plus for international travelers that have just come off a long haul flight."
