"Travis was super responsive! The property was so clean and very well stocked with kitchen and bath cleaning supplies, and laundry supplies too. Lots of thoughtful touches, like a snack basket for guests and dog treats and toys for furry friends. The property has a very nice gathering space for families to stay and hang out. The upstairs area was perfect for our kids to play games, plus they had the convenience of two full bathrooms up there. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with great places to run or walkWe had a large group, 10 of us, and there were plenty of places to park in the driveway and/or garage. The garage has a ping pong table in it, even with a car in the garage, there was room to play ping pong.The backyard is gated, which was so great. I had my very old dog, plus my sister's dog, with me. There were dog bowls inside and outside, plus the treats in the guest welcome basket. Overall, it was a very dog-friendly place. The location for us was perfect! We had a luncheon at the Journey Church, which was about 5 minutes away, and a sunset cruise from Fernidndina Beach that was also a short distance away. We would recommend anyone wanting a nice, convenient, dog-friendly place to stay to stay here. Thank you, Travis!I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!"

"We have stayed here multiple times and it is great every time! Pet friendly but clean - no “signs” of previous pets staying. Home is very comfortable and a great home base for while we are in the area visiting family. Lots of small amenities for if we forget things. Host is communicative and flexible when able to be, which is very appreciated!"
