The room was clean and owners quite friendly. However, this is not a B and B- they do not offer breakfast. And restaurants are about a 15-20 minute walk.
We would have liked to have know that ahead of time
Otherwise, nice room and friendly service!
Disappointed, only told that there was no breakfast when arrived whybis it called Vee b&b. Had to wait 10 minutes outside until proprietor arrived . Room was fine, parking was good.
I first want to start off with the host. He was very friendly and welcoming.
But afterwards, it just went downhill from there. Had to be placed in the house a few doors down and was told they were not serving breakfast, which I paid for. When I entered my room, it was super tiny and my head kept hitting the seiling. I basically had to crawl around the room. The room condition appeared to be forgotten about, as there were holes and dents, and the sheets and pillows were stained. Yuck! Just disgusting!!! Good thing I brought my sleeping bag and own pillow. The toilet was situated in the worst possible spot when it was practically impossible to use it. Knees kept banging into the wall in front of me. The shared shower was extremely tiny and impractical to even enjoy a shower. My arms kept hitting the sides, and I'm not even a big guy. There was no window to open and it was super warm in there and I was sweating the whole time. Thank god it was just for 1 night. It was just terrible. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed at. So many other places in town that are much better I'm sure. This place literally felt like I was a prisoner in an attic or in one of those under the stairs rooms.
The room was clean but cold even with the heating on and the bed was quite uncomfortable. There was a bottle of water on the tea station and the water in it had green mold growing inside it. The shared bathroom was pretty grimy in particular the shower.
I chose this property for a weekend stayover as it included breakfast. On arrival I was told no breakfast were being served but no offer of refund. It cost me an extra 16 euro for breakfasts over the 3 days. I think this breaks advertising rules.
