We stayed one night on the ss Rotterdam with 2 kids (16 and 12). Both liked the experience and the water taxi to the MarketHall. Nice change from a standard hotel. The pool unfortunately was closed and the dinner service at Lido (on board restaurant), was fully booked so we ended up at the bar and ate snacks which worked well. There was enough selection that even the pickiest eaters found something. Did not get a chance for the tour but would like to do it in the future. Would recommend staying here.

Really sweet and helpful staff, but this is an old building so no elevators and if you're on anything higher than the second floor you will be humping your bag up very narrow, steep and curved stairs. The room was cozy, what you would expect from an older European hotel. I would stay there again because it's very central to a lot of the historic area, which was convenient.

This hotel is located on a lovely spot on the canal. The view from our balcony was great. It is within 15 minute walk to the museum district. The big bathtub has been exactly so I’m talking ab was good after a long day on our feet. The staff was so helpful and the breakfasts were delicious! Do you have a form? It’s just a simpler way so it’s a form fill out next two minutes and we’ll do everything at your part so will inform you for everything so yes it’s it’s not a question. Will you get it because it’s already five hour delay you cannot land in less than three hour delay original time, unfortunately so thank you for sharing this. We’ll look at it. If you want to stay outside the main rush of Amsterdam while keeping easy access to the city, this hotel is a really good option. It’s located in a quiet estate—which makes for lovely, peaceful walks in the summer—and is just a 15-minute walk to the nearest train station for a quick trip into the center. The Room & Entertainment Spacious & Spotless: Everything was perfectly clean, and the room had plenty of space. For a 2.5-star hotel, the room quality felt like so much more. Comfy Bed: Features a comfortable double bed. Great TV Setup: The TV is positioned perfectly for watching Netflix or YouTube in the evenings (though regular TV channels are limited). Mini-Fridge: It’s empty upon arrival, but spacious enough to easily fit a 1.5L bottle on the side and a few other things. The Bathroom Very spacious with a nice walk-in shower. My only minor wish would be a slightly stronger water pressure, but it absolutely still did the job. Amenities & Verdict Note: The hotel does lack extra amenities like a gym or a pool; it’s pretty much just the rooms and the on-site restaurant. That being said, for the excellent price we paid, we were incredibly impressed. If we find ourselves visiting Amsterdam again, we would definitely stay here again!
