"This house is perfect for couples or small families. Rooms are spacious and offer AC. The house overall is beautiful! We did lose power for the first 3 days for about an hour or hour and half which was unfortunate since the house doesn’t have a generator or solar panels. However, we absolutely loved staying at the Sea Palace and would visit again!"

"Harbor lights is a charming 1 room villa. An outdoor shower off the bath, king size bed, well supplied kitchen, outdoor dining on the porch with a view of Coral Bay, a secluded private pool.This is set up nicely for 1 couple looking forPrivacy. Would be very nice honeymoon abode.We enjoyed our time and will come back."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, the views are incredible (even better than photos), very spacious, the pool was fantastic and we sat on the outside covered porch for breakfasts and in the evenings to enjoy the view and breeze.The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the hosts left us some beverages in the refrigerator to start our stay, which was a nice touch.The benefit is that the area is very quiet. The downside is that it is the 30 minute drive to get to dock and restaurants in Cruz Bay and about 15-20 mins from most beaches. You’ll want an SUV as the roads and driveway to the house are very steep and windy. It’s only about 5 minutes to Coral Bay, so make sure to have a lunch at Lime Out while you’re on that side of the island. The house also has outdoor showers, which can be a very unique feature. The water pressure was really low, so the benefit was muted by that. Overall, we still highly recommend."

"Amazing property for our multi-generational vacation. The views were spectacular. We loved sitting outside in the evening watching the sun, go down. All of the rooms had comfortable beds and were super clean. For those who love A/C, never fear. The A/C worked perfectly in all of the indoor locations. Our kids got a kick out of the very unique shower located off the living room area. They felt like they were showering in a forest. The kitchen has every amenity you can imagine from crockpot to lemon squeezer. There is a house being built next-door, but we didn’t hear any noise the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend this property."

"The only negative that we saw with this villa was that it sit on a hillside directly above Centreline Road, which is main road through St John. Whenever a water truck or other big truck went pass it was loud, and the diesel fumes would sometimes drift up. It was a mild inconvenience, but would not pass this villa up for that reason. Great location wonderful views, and just a great place to enjoy"

"Beautiful property. Felt secluded. A great place for a relaxing time. Beds are so comfortable. We are a family of 4 so we had plenty of room for us to spread out. Views are amazing. Great experience for first time staying on St John. Highly recommend."
