"Great time, great view. We got a little lost getting there, however the property manager helped us and made sure we got there.Great view of Coral Bay, good breeze all the time keeping it cooler and keeping the bugs away. Pool was nice and cool, great accommodations."

"This villa was amazing! Perfect for our family of 4 for the week (2 adults, 2 kids 13 and 9). First time to St John and the Virgin Islands. Had everything we needed. The provided beach towels, beach chairs and cooler were great for our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great for the afternoon and evenings. The view was beautiful with beautiful sunsets! Great location to all the best beaches on the north side of the island. Tom and Brenda (owners) were quick to respond to my questions and Kelsey (property manager)was very helpful. She reached out a week before our stay via text and answered more of my questions and met us on arrival day and gave us a tour. Great people and great villa!"

"Amazing property for our multi-generational vacation. The views were spectacular. We loved sitting outside in the evening watching the sun, go down. All of the rooms had comfortable beds and were super clean. For those who love A/C, never fear. The A/C worked perfectly in all of the indoor locations. Our kids got a kick out of the very unique shower located off the living room area. They felt like they were showering in a forest. The kitchen has every amenity you can imagine from crockpot to lemon squeezer. There is a house being built next-door, but we didn’t hear any noise the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend this property."

"When I originally booked Donald's villa, I was slightly nervous/cautious. It only had one review but it was positive. Let me say firmly that this has been probably one of those best VRBO experiences/places I've had. I am glad I reserved and was able to stay here at St. Johns. The villa was clean, the bed was comfortable and the overall stay felt private. The beautiful beaches were a short walk but we drove to several of them and always found everything accessible. A short drive to Cruz Bay for dinners as well. Donald was quick to respond to any of my text messages with questions and my family and I had a great experience. I can confidently say if I ever go back to St John I would love to stay here again."

"The only negative that we saw with this villa was that it sit on a hillside directly above Centreline Road, which is main road through St John. Whenever a water truck or other big truck went pass it was loud, and the diesel fumes would sometimes drift up. It was a mild inconvenience, but would not pass this villa up for that reason. Great location wonderful views, and just a great place to enjoy"

"Beautiful property. Felt secluded. A great place for a relaxing time. Beds are so comfortable. We are a family of 4 so we had plenty of room for us to spread out. Views are amazing. Great experience for first time staying on St John. Highly recommend."

"We had an incredible stay at this St. John villa and would absolutely book it again. The location couldn’t have been better—just a one-minute drive to Trunk Bay, which truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and only about three minutes from Cinnamon Bay. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island.The view from the villa is worth a million dollars. We looked forward to every sunrise and sunset, and the night sky was breathtaking. Seeing so many stars from the deck was one of the highlights of our trip.Our host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Tommy, the caretaker, was phenomenal. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, answered all of our questions, and was always available if we needed anything.One tip: rent a Jeep! The roads on St. John are steep and winding, and having a Jeep makes getting around easy and lets you explore everything the island has to offer.If you’re looking for an amazing villa with spectacular views, an unbeatable location, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!"

"It is an excellent view and a wonderful location. Needs some updates (toilet flush took 15 seconds of holding the handle - some of the doors were a little rickety) but was comfortable. LOVED the view and location was a short walk to Trunk and Cinnamon."
