"My wife and I rented the Island Stones property for a week and were very please with how unique and and private the property was. The main level and the pool / sun deck were beautiful with fabulous views and great privacy - exactly what we hoped for ! We did not use the downstairs rooms of the property, but I will say the layout is set up where almost every bedroom is divided off to have its own separated entrance, bath, outside shower, and private balcony. I great layout for multiple couples to share. The architecture is unique, charming, romantic, and beautiful. A few items in the home could use some maintenance, but nothing significant to cause any issues with our stay at all. We have rented several houses on the islands, and this one ranks among the best for the great views and wonderful infinity pool experience. Also, it is just a few minutes drive down to several of the best beaches on the island."

"Our stay at the Maho Bay Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of two adults, two children, and a teenager. There was plenty of room for everyone, with lots of comfortable seating options throughout the house.The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having direct beach access through the gate in the backyard was incredible, and the outdoor shower made rinsing off after a day at the beach so easy. Maho Beach was amazing—we saw multiple sea turtles every single day!The kitchen was wonderful and extremely well stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made preparing meals at the house easy and enjoyable. The villa’s location between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay also made exploring St. John convenient.This was our second trip to St. John, and staying at the Maho Bay Villa made this visit even more special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to return!"

"This villa was amazing! Perfect for our family of 4 for the week (2 adults, 2 kids 13 and 9). First time to St John and the Virgin Islands. Had everything we needed. The provided beach towels, beach chairs and cooler were great for our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great for the afternoon and evenings. The view was beautiful with beautiful sunsets! Great location to all the best beaches on the north side of the island. Tom and Brenda (owners) were quick to respond to my questions and Kelsey (property manager)was very helpful. She reached out a week before our stay via text and answered more of my questions and met us on arrival day and gave us a tour. Great people and great villa!"

"Amazing villa in Fish Bay! The area was quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. It’s conveniently located close to Cruz Bay while still offering easy access to Coral Bay and some of the island’s beautiful beaches.The host was amazing and very communicative throughout the entire process—from booking to our arrival and departure. "Amazing property for our multi-generational vacation. The views were spectacular. We loved sitting outside in the evening watching the sun, go down. All of the rooms had comfortable beds and were super clean. For those who love A/C, never fear. The A/C worked perfectly in all of the indoor locations. Our kids got a kick out of the very unique shower located off the living room area. They felt like they were showering in a forest. The kitchen has every amenity you can imagine from crockpot to lemon squeezer. There is a house being built next-door, but we didn’t hear any noise the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend this property."

"The only negative that we saw with this villa was that it sit on a hillside directly above Centreline Road, which is main road through St John. Whenever a water truck or other big truck went pass it was loud, and the diesel fumes would sometimes drift up. It was a mild inconvenience, but would not pass this villa up for that reason. Great location wonderful views, and just a great place to enjoy"
