"An amazing, beautifully appointed and comfortable home with a view that never ends. We had an amazing time lounging by the lovely pool, cooking in the outdoor kitchen and enjoying the wonderful views when we were not exploring the island. Great home amenities meant we really needed for nothing and great support from Luzmey when we did. Far enough from Cruz Bay for amazing stargazing but close enough to enjoy the great bars and restaurants. Be sure to hit the beaches, Enjoy LimeOut (season depending) and searching for turtles, rays and sharks while snorkelling before heading to Windmill for sunset and back to the outdoor kitchen for steaks and cold drinks under the stars. A perfect vacation location. We’ll be back for sure!"

"My wife and I rented the Island Stones property for a week and were very please with how unique and and private the property was. The main level and the pool / sun deck were beautiful with fabulous views and great privacy - exactly what we hoped for ! We did not use the downstairs rooms of the property, but I will say the layout is set up where almost every bedroom is divided off to have its own separated entrance, bath, outside shower, and private balcony. I great layout for multiple couples to share. The architecture is unique, charming, romantic, and beautiful. A few items in the home could use some maintenance, but nothing significant to cause any issues with our stay at all. We have rented several houses on the islands, and this one ranks among the best for the great views and wonderful infinity pool experience. Also, it is just a few minutes drive down to several of the best beaches on the island."

"Our stay at the Maho Bay Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of two adults, two children, and a teenager. There was plenty of room for everyone, with lots of comfortable seating options throughout the house.The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having direct beach access through the gate in the backyard was incredible, and the outdoor shower made rinsing off after a day at the beach so easy. Maho Beach was amazing—we saw multiple sea turtles every single day!The kitchen was wonderful and extremely well stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made preparing meals at the house easy and enjoyable. The villa’s location between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay also made exploring St. John convenient.This was our second trip to St. John, and staying at the Maho Bay Villa made this visit even more special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to return!"

"This villa was amazing! Perfect for our family of 4 for the week (2 adults, 2 kids 13 and 9). First time to St John and the Virgin Islands. Had everything we needed. The provided beach towels, beach chairs and cooler were great for our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great for the afternoon and evenings. The view was beautiful with beautiful sunsets! Great location to all the best beaches on the north side of the island. Tom and Brenda (owners) were quick to respond to my questions and Kelsey (property manager)was very helpful. She reached out a week before our stay via text and answered more of my questions and met us on arrival day and gave us a tour. Great people and great villa!"

"Amazing villa in Fish Bay! The area was quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. It’s conveniently located close to Cruz Bay while still offering easy access to Coral Bay and some of the island’s beautiful beaches.The host was amazing and very communicative throughout the entire process—from booking to our arrival and departure. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to stay again!"

"We had an incredible stay at this St. John villa and would absolutely book it again. The location couldn’t have been better—just a one-minute drive to Trunk Bay, which truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and only about three minutes from Cinnamon Bay. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island.The view from the villa is worth a million dollars. We looked forward to every sunrise and sunset, and the night sky was breathtaking. Seeing so many stars from the deck was one of the highlights of our trip.Our host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Tommy, the caretaker, was phenomenal. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, answered all of our questions, and was always available if we needed anything.One tip: rent a Jeep! The roads on St. John are steep and winding, and having a Jeep makes getting around easy and lets you explore everything the island has to offer.If you’re looking for an amazing villa with spectacular views, an unbeatable location, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!"
