"This hotel is like a bed & breakfast. It has 12 units scattered around the property in different buildings. The rooms are clean but dated. The breakfast could use some fruit and yogurt but there were many carb options. It was nice to be able to grab something quick. The building felt safe and private. The 5:00 free cocktail happy hour is a nice touch. The pool is clean and small and open 24 hrs. The property is set up to allow privacy if you prefer it. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Beach towels and supplies are provided and plentiful. If you forget sunscreen, bug spray, etc, they have it for you to use for free. I would recommend this property to others. This place is walkable to Cruz Bay. "

"They made the bed for us every day. Loved that it was right on the beach and only steps away from food and shops! Absolutely ZERO parking. Don’t rent a car and expect to find parking near the hotel that doesn’t cost ~$200 to be able to leave the car there overnight. "

"We had a wonderful week at James and Tara's villa. The photos of the property while nice, dont do justice to the actual home. We had a party of seven and there was plenty of room for all to have personal space when wanted as well as large communal space to enjoy together. The view from the front lanai was amazing for morning coffee, and the pool in the rear of the home was perfect for a late afternoon cool down. Thanks James and Tara for a beautiful week. We will certainly be backMike & Amy"

"Searenity Villa met and exceeded all our needs, very clean, 2 minutes to Cruz Bay, A/C in the bedrooms works perfectly, the island was having major power problems, but with the generator we felt no effects of it at the villa during our stay. View from the pool deck is hard to beat. We will be renting from these hosts again. Tara replied each time I had a question leading up to our stay Beautiful property highly recommend "

"Great place to stay with the feel of “old St John”. Not France but very comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and accommodating and the food was very good in spite of dealing with several power outages."

"Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. "

"Stayed for several days on a girls trip. 5 of us enjoyed this beautiful property. The house is clean beautiful and comfortable. The view from that balcony is everything! Can’t say enough good things about Linda! She helped so much with questions ahead of our trip and was incredibly responsive for everything we needed after we arrived. 5 stars all the way! "
