"The place was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a bunch of free amenities from breakfast, to rum punch, to beach gear (like snorkels, beach towels, etc). I felt very at home and will definitely stay here again if I return."

"Absolutely perfect for two people. Very close to Cruz Bay, but at the same time is very private and quiet. St. John is generally a safe place, but the outer gate to the property makes it feel even more secure. Property owners/managers are incredibly responsive and timely to any questions. The washer and dryer in the cottage allowed us to pack light. The small private pool was great and much needed for winding down after a trip to a different beach and snorkeling each day. Kitchen is well stocked. Short drive to the marketplace (which includes starfish grocery), or there is the Midway grocery store that is a short 2 mile drive in the other direction. Beach chairs, food/beverage coolers, beach towels and other similar items available on site was helpful and avoided the need to rent those items at the various beaches. Highly recommended."

"We had a hard time locating the property, which was likely due to another car blocking the sign. The management was super helpful and once we found it, all was good! The property had everything we needed and we will definitely book here again!"

"Everything was nice except for the existing leak in the Honeymoon Room. When it rained hard (which is did for days off and on) water was everywhere. You could tell by the stains on the wall that it was not a new issue. Other than that, it was super nice and a great place to hang with our friends to celebrate my 50th birthday."

"My stay at this property was ultimately disappointing, especially considering the high price. While the grounds were well kept and clearly cared for, many other aspects of the experience fell short. Service The staff were consistently rather rude, which set a negative tone from the start. Interactions felt dismissive instead of welcoming. Food & Dining The food was mediocre at best, and the menu was extremely limited. Breakfast was only served 2 out of the 5 days that we were on property. This was frustrating and inconvenient. Facilities The pool clearly needed cleaning and updating. It didn’t feel inviting or well maintained a separate children’s area would be a great upgrade. Rooms & Property Condition The property itself shows its age. While the rooms have been somewhat updated, the overall feel is still dated and doesn’t match the price point. Value For what we received, the stay felt very expensive. The quality simply didn’t align with the cost. Positive Note The one standout was the well‑kept grounds, which were pleasant and nicely maintained. "

"This place is super cute, updated, great view, and walkable to everything we needed, including the taxis. It was stocked well too, with all the necessary beach gear and more, and the host was very responsive to questions. It IS up a pretty steep hill with no sidewalks, which got a little terrifying when we tried to walk down with our luggage, but it’s doable. I wouldn’t try staying without a car or driver if you’re not in decent physical shape. We would 100% stay here again and had the best time! Thank you, Julice!"

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Cruz boutique hotel. It’s located in a great spot with many things nearby, the staff were very helpful and generous. They offered beach chairs and towels and ice, they housekeepers went by everyday in the morning. And the staff gave great recommendation for parking, restaurants and beaches. Definitely will be back and staying with them again. 10/10"
